We are excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends! Only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one or additional guests, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP on the website.

20-30 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM EST. The ceremony doors will close at 5:20 PM. Guests arriving after this time will be asked to wait until the conclusion of the ceremony before entering the venue.

Yes, there will be several shuttles providing transportation from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel to The Ringling Museum. Shuttle service will begin at 4:30 PM, with the final shuttle departing at 4:45 PM from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. This will be a 21+ event.

All white cocktail. Men are encouraged to wear white shirts and pants, and women are encouraged to wear white dresses or dressy sets.
